Parent Parking Portal Access Form

Access to the parking portal for parents, grandparents and legal guardians requires that you upload a Photo ID for verification and is only valid for 1 semester.

How it works:

  • Fill out this form and upload a copy of your state-issued photo ID
  • Parking Services will verify you are not a student.
  • Parking Services will send you login information and instructions on how to access the online Parking Portal.
  • Login to the Parking Portal to get Parent Permits.
  • Fill out this form again at the start of the next semester.

Please remember:

  • Students may never park using a parent permit, and may be cited for fraudulent use and have parking privileges revoked.
  • Citations assigned to this vehicle may be transferred to the student account if not paid.

If any of your students live at Bobcat Village Apartments, please fill in that students information to receive the least restrictive Parent Parking Permit. This will allow you to park at Bobcat Village Apartments as well as any legal non-reserved space.

If none of your students live at Bobcat Village Apartments, your permit may be used to park in any legal non-reserved space, regardless of which students information is entered.

ID Verification

Why do we need an ID?

  • These accounts are restricted and require an ID to verify the person requesting the account is not a student and to verify the requestor information.
  • Date of Birth and/or Driver's License Number will be redacted. You may do this before you submit, if you prefer.

ID's must be issued by the state.
